NexGen Manufacturing’s powder coating line is designed for high-capacity and heavy-duty parts. Our line can hold hundreds of parts at a time and can accommodate components as heavy as 2,000 lbs per part with dimensions up to 4 feet wide by 6 feet high and up to 30ft in length. Our powder coating process includes a comprehensive 5-stage pretreatment that thoroughly cleans and prepares each part, ensuring optimal adhesion and a long-lasting finish.
Once pretreated, each component moves through an advanced conveyor system where powder is applied with precision. We use a combination of Infrared (IR) and bake ovens to cure the coating, creating a durable, smooth, and vibrant finish. With a wide selection of custom and RAL colors available, we provide finishes suited for various applications, from high-durability outdoor use to visually striking indoor aesthetics. NexGen’s powder coating line offers unmatched quality and efficiency, ensuring that parts meet both performance and aesthetic requirements.
