NexGen Manufacturing Celebrates start of Q3 with Purpose and Recognition

As the second quarter came to a close and the third quarter began, NexGen Manufacturing reaffirmed its commitment to people, performance, and purpose with its Q3 Town Hall and Summer BBQ Picnic—a company-wide event that brought together strategy, recognition, and summer fun.

Dan Davis honored with Core Value Award for Commitment to Excellence at NexGen event.Held at NexGen’s Knightstown facility, the event marked more than just the passing of a quarter—it served as a moment of reflection, celebration, and motivation as the company eyes a strong finish to 2025. The afternoon began with presentations from CEO Allen Mills, Director of Operations Daniel Webster, and Chief Commercial Officer Timothy Riethmiller, who provided insights on Q3 performance, addressed challenges, and shared an optimistic vision for the road ahead.

A highlight of the event was the presentation of NexGen’s Core Value Award, this quarter recognizing Dan Davis for his embodiment of Commitment to Excellence. From a Corn Hole Tournament to a Euchre showdown, the day offered opportunities for team members to relax, connect, and compete in good fun.

The Motorcycle and Car Rally turned heads across the lot, with HR Manager Mark Mastin earning the People’s Choice Award for his standout classic GTO—a crowd favorite that brought personality and horsepower to the picnic.

A company raffle packed with prizes kept the energy high, and to beat the summer heat, employees cooled down with shaved ice from Kona Ice, which served as a sweet conclusion to the afternoon.

To commemorate the occasion, team members also received custom NexGen-branded hats, designed and produced in partnership with Fully Promoted Fishers. These tokens of appreciation underscored the company’s commitment to investing in its people and reinforcing a culture where every employee feels valued.
