Now a key leader at NexGen Manufacturing, she is dedicated to driving operational excellence, enhancing productivity, and fostering a culture of safety and innovation.

Lisa has extensive expertise in supervising production lines, managing complex projects, and implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and minimize waste. Her unwavering commitment to quality is demonstrated through her close collaboration with engineering teams on new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives—ensuring that quality standards are not only met but consistently exceeded.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
