Josh Roland
Josh Roland serves as the Key Account Manager at NexGen Manufacturing, where he oversees business development and client relationship management. With over 12 years of experience in the manufacturing and utility services industries, Josh plays a pivotal role in fostering trust, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
In his role, Josh works closely with NexGen’s current clients to deeply understand their unique business needs, enabling the delivery of customized solutions. Whether it’s guiding clients through a new product launch or managing the redesign of existing components, he ensures a seamless process from concept to completion. Additionally, Josh spearheads efforts to grow NexGen’s business by acquiring new clients and leading them through quoting, sampling, and onboarding, all with a focus on building long-term partnerships grounded in trust and collaboration.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University. Prior to joining NexGen, he held key leadership roles at USIC Locating Services, including Business Development Manager, where he managed and expanded relationships with regional utility companies nationwide, and Regional Account Manager, overseeing client relationships and new business development across the Midwest and Northeast.
His expertise spans business development, relationship management, new client acquisition, and project management. At NexGen, Josh has made significant contributions, including the implementation of the Monthly Customer Scorecard to track and enhance client satisfaction and the creation of the New Project Kickoff-Recap Process to ensure project alignment and accountability.
