Daniel Webster serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at NexGen Manufacturing, where he leads operations and engineering to achieve and exceed company goals. With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, Daniel’s expertise spans engineering, operations management, and strategic implementation, making him a cornerstone of NexGen’s leadership team.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and has built a distinguished career managing facilities and multi-site organizations. His accomplishments include implementing ERP systems, driving new product introductions (NPI), and establishing safety, quality, and preventative maintenance (PM) systems that enhance efficiency and performance across industries such as medical, automotive, heavy diesel, and construction manufacturing.

Daniel’s leadership philosophy centers on empowerment and adaptability. He believes that “90% of people come to work wanting to do a good job,” and it is the responsibility of leadership to equip them with the tools and support needed to succeed. By managing individuals in a way that aligns with their unique strengths, Daniel fosters a culture of collaboration and accountability.

A dedicated family man, Daniel enjoys spending time with his loved ones and raising livestock on his small family farm. As a former competitor in the World’s Strongest Man contests for over a decade, he exemplifies resilience and determination in all aspects of his life.
