With 32 years of experience in machining and sheet metal fabrication, Adam brings a wealth of expertise to his role, ensuring operational efficiency and engineering excellence across all projects.

Adam’s career is marked by significant achievements, including a decade-long tenure as Manager of Tool Engineering at MEG. His extensive knowledge spans fabrication, machining engineering, and sheet metal design, enabling him to guide NexGen’s engineering team in delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions.

A proven leader in technology and process implementation, Adam spearheaded the integration of the Global Shop ERP system, optimizing workflow and productivity. He has also successfully managed the installation and operation of advanced laser, press brake, and machining software, positioning NexGen at the forefront of manufacturing technology.
