Michael Levi Alexander (Levi) serves as the Production Manager at NexGen Manufacturing, overseeing manufacturing, shipping, painting, and general labor teams across NexGen, HyFlex, and American Powder Coatings. His responsibilities include scheduling, output optimization, efficiency improvements, cost management, and facility maintenance, ensuring seamless daily operations and alignment with organizational goals.

With over 20 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, and distribution management, Levi brings a wealth of expertise in operations and leadership development to his role. Transitioning to manufacturing just 15 months ago, he has quickly made a significant impact by fostering a culture of teamwork and leadership growth.

Levi's hands-on leadership style is rooted in his belief that a leader should never ask others to do something they wouldn’t do themselves. This philosophy allows him to effectively apply the “coach, teach, and train” ideology, helping develop future leaders while driving operational excellence. His efforts have contributed to double-digit growth in output, reflecting his ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution.

In addition to his role at NexGen, Levi holds a Class A CDL and has completed extensive formal leadership training. He is actively involved in his community, serving on the Frankton Heritage Days Board and the Sertoma Board. Outside of work, Levi enjoys coaching wrestling and playing guitar, channeling his passion for mentorship and creativity into all aspects of his life.
