NexGen Q4 Townhall: Goals, Recognition & Q4 Outlook

Knightstown, IN — October 16, 2025, NexGen Manufacturing hosted its Q4 Townhall on Thursday, bringing employees from across the company together to review performance, share updates, and outline priorities for the final quarter of the year. The event included remarks from company leadership, recognition of employee achievements, and time for team members to connect over lunch.

The program opened with an operational update from Chief Operating Officer Daniel Webster, who reviewed current quality performance, on-time delivery metrics, and strategic objectives for the operations division. Webster emphasized NexGen’s focus on driving consistency, maintaining high standards, and executing on key performance goals to close out the year strongly.

Chief Commercial Officer Tim Riethmiller addressed employees next, focusing on the All-Company Employee Survey conducted the previous month. Riethmiller explained how the survey provides critical insight into the organization by allowing leadership to view NexGen through the lens of its workforce. He noted that the findings are instrumental in identifying strengths and uncovering areas for improvement that will shape the company’s continued growth.

As part of the Townhall, Stephen Leathers was recognized with NexGen’s Core Value Award for Thoughtful Communication, honoring his commitment to clear, intentional, and respectful communication—an essential part of the company’s culture.

Closing the session, Chief Executive Officer Allen Mills offered a candid reflection on third-quarter performance, highlighting both areas of progress and aspects requiring renewed attention. Mills outlined the company’s direction for Q4, reinforcing the importance of alignment and shared responsibility as NexGen heads into the final stretch of 2025.
