As the second quarter came to a close and the third quarter began, NexGen Manufacturing reaffirmed its commitment to people, performance, and purpose with its Q3 Town Hall and Summer BBQ Picnic—a company-wide event that brought together strategy, recognition, and summer fun.
A highlight of the event was the presentation of NexGen’s Core Value Award, this quarter recognizing Dan Davis for his embodiment of Commitment to Excellence. Known for his professionalism, craftsmanship, and steady leadership, Dan has become a cornerstone of operational success—and his award was met with heartfelt applause from peers.
The Motorcycle and Car Rally turned heads across the lot, with HR Manager Mark Mastin earning the People’s Choice Award for his standout classic GTO—a crowd favorite that brought personality and horsepower to the picnic.
A company raffle packed with prizes kept the energy high, and to beat the summer heat, employees cooled down with shaved ice from Kona Ice, which served as a sweet conclusion to the afternoon.
To commemorate the occasion, team members also received custom NexGen-branded hats, designed and produced in partnership with Fully Promoted Fishers. These tokens of appreciation underscored the company’s commitment to investing in its people and reinforcing a culture where every employee feels valued.
As NexGen enters the final quarter of the year, the energy from the Q3 event continues to fuel momentum across the organization. With ambitious goals on the horizon and a growing team behind them, leadership remains focused on delivering world-class manufacturing solutions—while never losing sight of the people who make it possible.
NexGen extends its sincere gratitude to everyone who helped bring the Q3 Town Hall and Summer BBQ Picnic to life—and looks forward to continued success, innovation, and team unity in the months ahead.
