# NexGen Manufacturing Announces Leadership Restructure

Amanda Norris Promoted to Chief Financial Officer, Tim Riethmiller Named Chief Commercial  
Officer, Daniel Webster Joins as Chief Operating Officer

January 23, 2025 | Knightstown, IN – NexGen Manufacturing, a leader in innovative manufacturing  
solutions, today announced a significant restructuring of its executive leadership team. This  
restructuring is designed to position the company for long-term growth and operational excellence.  
Effective immediately:

- Allen Mills will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), focusing on driving NexGen’s  
  strategic vision and growth initiatives.
- Amanda Norris has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Amanda brings a wealth of  
  financial expertise to the role and a proven track record of optimizing processes.
- Daniel Webster joins NexGen as Chief Operating Officer (COO). With extensive operational  
  leadership experience, Daniel will oversee the company’s production, engineering, and  
  operations teams, focusing on efficiency and performance improvements.
- Tim Riethmiller has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Tim will now lead  
  NexGen’s commercial strategy, emphasizing customer-centric growth and market expansion.  
  This newly structured executive team will strengthen collaboration and position NexGen Manufacturing to deliver even greater value to its customers.
