Effective immediately:

• Allen Mills will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), focusing on driving NexGen’s

• Amanda Norris has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Amanda brings a wealth of

• Daniel Webster joins NexGen as Chief Operating Officer (COO). With extensive operational
  leadership experience, Daniel will oversee the company’s production, engineering, and

• Tim Riethmiller has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Tim will now lead
