Marcus Boyd serves as Production Manager at NexGen Manufacturing, where he oversees day-to-day production operations and ensures that quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met across the shop floor. With a strong focus on team leadership and process improvement, Marcus plays a pivotal role in aligning production goals with NexGen’s broader organizational objectives. His ability to balance operational detail with long-term planning helps drive both productivity and customer satisfaction.

Marcus brings more than 24 years of experience in manufacturing, including 15 years in leadership roles. His career spans work in both metal and quartz manufacturing, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities within complex production environments. He is known for his hands-on approach, his ability to motivate teams, and his commitment to continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Marcus enjoys spending time with his wife, Mandy, and their two daughters—Taylor, who is beginning nursing school at IU East, and Aubrey, a freshman at Tri High School. His hobbies include golf, woodworking, and classic car restoration, where he is currently working on a 1972 Dodge Charger. He also enjoys taking trips with his family and staying active through sports.
