Amanda Norris serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of NexGen Manufacturing, HyFlex, and American Metal Coatings (AMC), where she manages and oversees all accounting operations. With 22 years of experience in manufacturing, including five years at NexGen, Amanda brings a wealth of expertise and a strategic mindset to her role, ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization.

Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Her career spans a variety of leadership roles, including Controller and Accounting Manager at NexGen, as well as Customer Service Manager, General Ledger Supervisor, and Cost Accountant in previous positions. These experiences have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of financial management and operational processes.

Throughout her tenure at NexGen, Amanda has led several transformative initiatives. She successfully migrated accounting data into the ERP system, providing a holistic view of company performance. Amanda also streamlined the annual review process, enabling consistent and timely feedback for employees, and restructured the open enrollment process to offer employees more clarity and information about their benefits and available options.

As a financial leader, Amanda specializes in financial reporting and data-driven decision-making. Her philosophy centers on collaboration and leveraging collective strengths to achieve meaningful results.
